Clarion Solicitors, a highly successful law firm based in Leeds, needed support to create the right tone of voice for their new website. Giving all the different specialisms a consistent approach and language, plus effective search engine optimisation value (SEO) was required. BIG’s Jacky Fitt worked with Head of Marketing Jenny Rednecks on shaping the website content. Mindful of Clarion’s key messages of transparency and support for its clients, Jacky also met and discussed the content will all heads of department to ensure that their personal values came through to ensure the sense of a very much ‘people centred’ business.
