Multi-channel marketing

Riccall Care is one of the leading providers of domiciliary care in York and a leading supplier for the City of York Council. Family run and independent it's very important that the business is able to complete with the national franchise businesses in this sector.

Focusing on Riccall Care's superb track record of people centred care we updated the established brand and produced a new strapline to support the vision the company has for all its clients.

Riccall Care logo and strapline Refining the colour palette for the whole brand and carefully selecting photography we created a suite of print materials to reflect an extensive new website that highlighted the high quality training and generosity of resources for people looking for home care and/or already looking after vulnerable and elderly people in their own homes. The website also forms an important recruitment and training gateway for those interested in a career in health and social care. Additional staff resources are also hosted by the site in a password protected area, thus cutting down on internal print materials.

"Working with Jacky is exciting, she is dynamic, thoughtful and inspirational. Jacky and Ned have brought a new vision to Riccall Care and have injected a new enthusiasm into our team and for our future plans. It has been an amazing experience working with Jacky she is a breath of fresh air!"  Gill Conroy, Director Riccall Care

In conjunction with print material and website a social media strategy was rolled out across Facebook, Twitter and Google + to offer Riccall Care a widening platform to talk about home care support, health and social care training and recruitment, including monthly blogs and a redesigned seasonal newsletter to support and inform clients and staff.

Part of the ongoing initiatives is a Riccall Care Community Link, a free home care advice drop-in session, branded as recognisably within the same family. This attracted local radio attention and promotion from Minster Radio.

Third party websites were also more closely curated to ensure correct listing of the business its services. Car wrap and office signage were also updated.

Further PR work to highlight the family businesses qualities, training and activity has resulted in Riccall Care being finalists in the York Press Awards 2014 and in two national family business awards in 2015: Family Business United and the Red Ribbon Awards.

After 12 months the website is attracting over 1000 hits a month and is on the first page of Google for key search terms as the top organic listed home care provider in York.
