Virtuosity – brand, print and online case study

Jacky Fitt Big Ideas Collective Case Study

 Brand, print and online marketing

Virtuosity, a company offering business and virtual PA support both within the UK and internationally, asked us to create a stand-out brand for their company, which would encapsulate all the different services they offer

The scope of the project included a restructure and redesign of their current website; a web back office to allow remote file sharing within the organisation, and a suite of advertisements and editorials for trade magazine advertising.

We began the process by finding out all about virtuosity’s clients and how Virtuosity was perceived within the market place, identifying the goals of the business both for growth and in terms of the web back office and personnel needs.

Engendering quality, professionalism and consistency of branding, layouts and copy for both the ads and website were alighed with an online back office for ease of website maintenance and secure client portal.  Jackie Baily, director of Virtuosity said of our input.

“My brief to BIG was that I wanted to stand out from the crowd and the advertisements and editorial they have produced for me have certainly allowed me to achieve just that.  I am totally impressed with their professionalism, remarkably innovative ideas and, above all, their endless patience – even my photo shoot was painless.  Many of my new clients have commented that they were drawn to me as my redesigned website stood head and shoulders above others they had viewed.  BIG have not only provided me with the best marketing services I could ever have hoped for, they have empowered me to take my business to the next level with complete confidence! They are SO much more than a marketing company …”
